The same official measures describe 7-, 15- and 30-day SIMs at designated shops that expire automatically, an English international-service area in Haiyiban, and a foreign-bank-card NFC taxi-payment pilot. Ask about longer-use or renewal arrangements and verify the actual payment method before the ride. The measures do not promise passport access to every app function or card acceptance in every taxi.
